1. Size
Specifications: Hanging artwork may not exceed 40" wide by 35"
in height.
2. Artwork must be ready for hanging on a single nail.
3. A maximum of 25 hanging pictures may be shown at one time.
4. Library can only display two dimensional artwork such as paintings,
photographs, drawings.
5. The artwork must be suitable for children to view. Therefore, the
artwork
may not contain nudity, violence, racism or other
offensive material. The
Administrative Librarian will make the final decision
on what is suitable
for the Library.
6. Artist must be resident of Chicago metropolitan area.
Collections
1. Pieces
must be self supportive or small stands must be
provided.
3. Size and number of pieces allowed depends upon shelf
height and size of individual pieces.
4. Pieces must be suitable for children to view. Therefore, the
pieces may not contain nudity, violence, racism, or other
offensive material. The Administrative Librarian will make
the
final decision on what is suitable for the Library.
